On the grill/Plancha area you can grill steaks and burgers with plenty of heat. Chicken, salmon or ribs are cooked slowly and gently by the flames in the folding grills. The fire basket provides heat even at higher levels and Dutch ovens, kettles or pans can be hung under the cage dome over the fire.
